THE FUTURE of The Kelly Clarkson Show has been revealed after the pop star’s new Las Vegas residency has sparked TV cancelation fears, The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal.
This summer, the daytime host will flee her new home of New York City to perform a multi-month run at Caesars Palace in Sin City.

Due to the duration of the West Coast concerts, fans feared that Kelly’s talk show may be in jeopardy of being canceled.
However, an insider assured The U.S. Sun that this wasn’t the case – and in fact, the team at NBCUniversal worked to make sure the residency did not interfere with the talk show.
“NBCUni worked with the Caesars group to make sure filming didn’t overlap. Kelly’s show won’t be impacted by the residency.
“Everyone walked away from it happy. Caesars gets their show, NBC gets their show, and they’ll cross-promote, respectively.”
The source then added: “The Kelly Show is NBC’s number one daytime priority and is in no way in any danger of being canceled.
“There’s big plans for the future of the franchise and the network encourages Kelly to take gigs outside of the show because it only helps her talk show’s viewership too.”
The 18-show residency will begin on July 4th and continue with consecutive shows throughout the month and until August 16th.

Her NBC daytime show is on hiatus for the summer, so it will not be impacted by the July and August Vegas dates.
When The Kelly Clarkson Show resumes production in September, Kelly, 43, will be back to focusing on her hosting duties.
However, she was able to “find a workaround” for the November dates and all of her talk show tapings are planned to go on as scheduled.
The Kelly Clarkson Show has become a daytime staple since it first debuted on NBC in 2019.
Shortly after premiering, it was considered the official replacement of NBC’s previous golden daytime series, The Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Following Ellen’s departure from TV, Kelly stepped up and has become one of the network’s highest-rated programs, along with their iconic Today Show.
While Kelly has found success as a talk show host, it seems she is struggling to catch that lightning in a bottle for her Vegas residency.
The U.S. Sun previously reported that Kelly was struggling to sell tickets to her residency as 70% of the seats remained unsold on the first night.

Other dates don’t appear to be much fuller, with about 70% of seats also remaining unsold for the July 5 performance.
Ticket prices range from $59 to $880 for the best seats in the house.
WHAT HAPPENS IN VEGAS…
Kelly has been promoting her Vegas residency to fans, and even sat down for an interview on Today to discuss her upcoming concerts.
“I’m excited! This one is different, I hired more musicians and more singers to cover everything to where there’s no band tracks,” she told Jenna Bush Hager and guest co-host Matt Rogers on May 6 after performing live on the morning show.
“It’s all organic, it’s all live…I really wanted to make the experience as if you’re in the studio with us. So we’ve worked really hard on the sound.”
