Defending champions Australia will be facing South Africa in the title-decider. The match is scheduled to be played from June 11 at the Lord's. With just a week remaining before the final gets underway, Cricket Australia has named a star-studded lineup of players who did well in the ongoing WTC cycle.
For picking the players, Cricket Australia did not rely on just stats but also on how the players performed in different conditions.
As a result, several notable names such as Ben Duckett, Mitchell Starc, and Nathan Lyon failed to make the cut.
