“It comes in a little plastic wrapper and it's much denser/harder than regular jam. What you will do is dice it up and melt it on medium-low heat with a table spoon or two of water,” they continued. “About half of a block of guava paste is enough for a whole Costco cheesecake. Once melted, spread on top and refrigerate a bit to set.”
A handful of other shoppers noted that they’ve seen the guava cheesecake in certain Florida locations.
