The village has 200 lots for tiny homes, and prospective renters can join the community for just $550 per month, which covers the cost of the lot.
Renters can either bring their own tiny home on wheels to their lot or choose from a variety of customizable designs made by Tiny Homes Village’s list of tiny home fabricators.
Although a tiny home itself is not included in the monthly lot payments, the $550 does include water and septic services.
Tenants are responsible for their own internet and electricity, and are required to sign a one-year lease to secure a lot.
The village is also offering prospective community members a rent-to-own option, starting at just $3,550 down, to help them begin their journey toward homeownership.
