SHERIFF’S REPORTS
The following were compiled from reports prepared by the Mendocino County Sheriff’s Office:
BATTERY: Laurie R. Hayes, 54, of Covelo, was booked at county jail May 21 on suspicion of battery with serious injury and failure to appear. She was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Nick A. Magana, 26, of Covelo, was booked at county jail May 21 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the California Highway Patrol.
GRAND THEFT: Peter J. Rose Jr., 31, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail May 21 on suspicion of grant theft, petty theft with priors, possession of both a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia and Identity theft. He was arrested by the Fort Bragg Police Department.
ARSON: Shane Z. Brown, 39, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail May 22 on suspicion of arson-related charges. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Carlos J. Leon, 22, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail May 22 on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs. He was arrested by the CHP.
DUI: Daniel L. Rodriguez, 18, of Willits, was booked at county jail May 22 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested by the Ukiah Police Department.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Larry J. Wolfe Jr., 35, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail May 22 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance with multiple priors, possessing drug paraphernalia and altering/forging a vehicle’s registration. He was arrested by the MCSO.
ASSAULT: Saysomone Manyphone, 39, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail May 23 on suspicion of assault on a person with a firearm. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: David R. Urrutia Albauera, 31, of Santa Rosa, was booked at county jail May 23 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license, driving under the influence while on probation and making criminal threats. He was arrested by the CHP.
STALKING: Ashlee D. Wilson, 36, of Fort Bragg, was booked at county jail May 23 on suspicion of stalking and threatening bodily injury. She was arrested by the FBPD.
DUI: Richard R. Hinojosa, 28, of Point Arena, was booked at county jail May 24 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and cruelty to a child. He was arrested by the CHP.
POSSESSION WITH PRIORS: Deborah L. Lawrence, 59, of Ukiah, was booked at county jail May 24 on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance with multiple priors, possessing drug paraphernalia and violating her probation. She was arrested by the UPD.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Marc Z. Maxxum, 39, of Leggett, was booked at county jail May 24 on suspicion of domestic violence and violating his probation. He was arrested by the MCSO.
DUI: Alejandro Villegas Meza, 27, of Willits, was booked at county jail May 24 on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol and hit and run. He was arrested by the Willits Police Department.
Those arrested by law enforcement officers are innocent until proven guilty. People reported as having been arrested may contact the Daily Journal once their case has been concluded so the results can be reported. Those who feel the information is in error should contact the appropriate agency. In the case of those arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of an intoxicant, all DUI cases reported by law enforcement agencies are reported by the newspaper.
