Ole Miss is going to the Women’s College World Series for the first time in program history.
The Rebels will be the only team in Oklahoma City that was a top-16 national seed to open the NCAA Tournament. They took Game 3 from Arkansas 7-4 to win the Fayetteville Super Regional and punch their ticket to Oklahoma City.
Lair Beautae got the scoring started with a solo home run in the 1st inning. Some chaos on the basepaths also helped the Rebels establish an early 4-0 lead.

On Sunday, Payton Burnham went 3.2 IP, allowing 5 earned runs on 4 hits. Robyn Herron tossed 3.1 IP, allowing 2 earned runs on 3 hits.
