The show has been on TNT since 1989, with host Ernie Johnson being part of it for 35 years.
The program will be broadcast on ESPN, the network that will license the NBA for the next 10 years.
Inside the NBA will still be produced in Atlanta with the same usual crew.
However, there has been uncertainty about whether Shaq, Barkley, Johnson, and Kenny “The Jet” Smith would remain on Inside the NBA moving forward.
That uncertainty is in the past now, as ESPN’s Jimmy Pitaro told Front Office Sports that the network plans to keep the gang together.
“I have not heard any false notes. My understanding is we’re keeping the band together,” Pitaro said to the outlet last week.
Pirato’s “false notes” remark was in response to Barkley and Smith’s past comments about ESPN.
Smith called the move to ESPN “uncomfortable”.
And Barkley has blasted ESPN on numerous occasions, including calling out the network’s coverage of basketball.
Barkley penned a 10-year deal with TNT in 2022.
Recently, the outspoken personality revealed he only wants to appear on Inside the NBA for two more years.
As for O’Neal, he re-signed with TNT on a $15 million-a-year contract in February.
Just like Barkley and Shaquille, Smith and Johnson are set to remain on the show.
TNT will have a farewell behind-the-scenes special to celebrate the show’s final episode on the network.
