Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Vigilance launched simultaneous house searches today at eight locations associated with Susanta Kumar Sethy, Junior Engineer (R&B), Khariar, under the Nuapada R&B Division, following allegations of possessing disproportionate assets (DA) beyond his known sources of income.
The operation, authorized by search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Bhubaneswar, is being conducted by a team comprising 7 Deputy Superintendents of Police (DSPs), 3 Inspectors, 10 Assistant Sub-Inspectors (ASIs), and other supporting staff.
The raids are underway at the following locations in Bhubaneswar, Pipili (Puri), and Nuapada:
1)Triple storeyed building located at plot No 10, Gangotri Nagar, Lingipur, Bhubaneswar.
2) Under construction house over plot No.10/3920 at Gangotri Nagar, Lingipur, Bhubaneswar.
3) Farmhouse located over plot No. 749, Bilipada, Pilili Dist:Puri.
4) House of his relative at Brahmeswarpatna, Brit colony, Bhubaneswar.
5) Office chamber of Sri Sethy, located at R&B Sub-Division, Nuapada.
6) Govt quarter of Sri Sethy located at Nuapada.
7) House of his associate located over plot no. 623/B, Kedar lane, Bhubaneswar.
8) House of his another associate located over plot No. 866 Garage chhack, old town, Bhubaneswar.
