Runners and walkers enjoyed a cool morning as they participated in the 38th Navy Bay Bridge Run/Walk event.
The event, which was presented this year by NEX, the Port of San Diego, SDG&E, and Leidos, is an annual 4-mile and 10k race that stretches from downtown and over the Coronado Bridge to end at Tidelands Park.
The race is hosted by the Navy Region Southwest Morale, Welfare and Recreation Program and raises funds to support Quality of Life Programs for Navy personnel, which provide affordable fitness and recreation at Navy bases.
Race results can be found here.
