European indices slightly higher at the open in final stretch of the week ...Middle East

Eurostoxx +0.3%Germany DAX +0.5%France CAC 40 +0.3%UK FTSE +0.3%Spain IBEX +0.3%Italy FTSE MIB +0.2%

Most indices in Europe will be looking to make it five straight weeks of gains now. The DAX itself is hovering at fresh record highs while the CAC 40 index is looking to top its early April high. The positive mood holds for now while US futures are looking more tentative and taking a bit of a breather. S&P 500 futures are flat as we get the session underway.
