(CNN) — Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah Dugan was indicted for obstruction and concealing the individual from arrest after being accused of helping an undocumented immigrant avoid arrest.
She faces the same charges as when she was originally arrested.
CNN has reached out to her attorney for comment.
