Per the outlet, Allman was wearing loose-fitting ripped clothing and had open sores on his legs.

The photos of Allman — whose father is musician Gregg Allman, whom Cher was married to from 1975 to 1979 — come eight months after Cher ended her bid for conservatorship.
Cher filed the conservatorship petition in 2023 alleging that her son was struggling with substance abuse issues and had an inability to “manage his own financial resources," according to Page Six.
Cher's attorney called the conservatorship "a life-and-death proposition."
