The Westgate Las Vegas' Imperial Sky Villa honors the enduring legacy of the King of Rock and Roll. Originally built atop the hotel when it opened in 1969, this area was once home to the "Elvis Presley Suite," where the king lived during his legendary Vegas residency.

At a sprawling 13,200 square feet, the villa pays homage to the entertainer. Every corner is a nod to the king, featuring displays and plaques that showcase Elvis's Sin City history.

Presley's longtime friend, the late Lamar Fike, shared his recollections of the king's entrance into Las Vegas, per a story published by Nevada Magazine in 1995. “We had just finished the Singer special and had flown into Ve­gas for a rest, because we’d worked real hard on that," he began.

Initially, Parker negotiated a million-dollar-per-year deal for the king. However, throughout his seven-year reign, despite breaking box office records, the Colonel never asked the hotel to raise Elvis's salary.
