As she explained to Menounos, "I have a double uterus, and I had never been told that." Menounos then asked her what, exactly, a double uterus is, and Brown replied, "I haven't done the exploratory surgery to figure out exactly what's going on because there's some risk in whatever may be there when I'm ready to have children. It looks like they're attached in some way... so it's just like, almost split."

For the time being, Brown is focusing on her upcoming wedding to fiance Adam Woolard, and she'll conquer whether or not the condition will affect her ability to have children when that time comes. She admitted, "It can complicate things... But there have been cases of people having double uteruses and having babies, and it being perfectly fine."
In addition to her upcoming wedding, Brown joined the cast of Bachelor in Paradise as a new bartender, so we'll see her in Costa Rica this summer.
