The home is in Prosper, Texas, and sits on 30,000 square feet of land.
It is just under an hour north of Dallas, and is where the Sanders family has lived since 2022.
Sanders played for the Dallas Cowboys in 1999, and it seems he liked the city enough to settle down there 20 years later.
The home is also where his two NFL sons, Shedeur and Shilo, prepared for college and professional football.
Sanders’ mansion features a home theater, indoor pool, bowling alley, basketball court, sauna and steam shower, barbershop, bar, and a gym.
The master bedroom also comes with a fireplace, its own sauna, and direct access to the garage.
That garage is absolutely massive, featuring 14 bays.
Two of those bays are oversized, leaving room for a boat or RV.
Outside, the mansion has an eight-acre pond and a private dock to access it.
There is also a pool and outdoor kitchen.
Sanders bought the house for $5 million in 2022, and it was previously sold to another buyer in 2021.
He is set to make a profit on the sale of his massive Texas mansion.
The Sanders family became the storyline of the NFL Draft after Shedeur slid down the board.
After being anticipated as a first-round selection, he wasn’t picked even in round two or three.

It took until the fifth round, when the Cleveland Browns took Sanders with the No. 144 pick.
Draft day was especially harsh for Sanders when he was pranked called before getting picked.
The NFL ultimately determined that the prank call came from the son of Atlanta Falcons defensive coordinator Jeff Ulbrich.
Ulbrich was fined $100,000 and the team was fined $250,000.
Multiple other draft day prank calls are still under investigation.
