CAITLIN CLARK is striking fear in WNBA defenses after her offseason fitness overhaul.

The Indiana Fever star won Rookie of the Year in her debut season in the league.

Clark, 23, has focused on increasing her strength ahead of the 2025 campaign.

She showed off a bulked up phsysique as she cheered on her alma mater Iowa in March Madness.

“I’m trying to get stronger,” Clark revealed.

“I’m spending a lot of time in the weight room.

“It’s something I kind of enjoy, so it’s pretty easy for me to spend time in there and really work on that part of my game.”

Clark was selected No. 1 overall in the 2024 WNBA Draft after a record-breaking college career at Iowa.

The Fever will begin their season on May 17 against Angel Reese‘s Chicago Sky.

Indiana revealed on Friday that Clark’s status is questionable for the preseason opener against the Washington Mystics.

The Fever opens its preseason with back-to-back dates on Saturday and Sunday.

Clark was set to feature in a the highly anticipated return to Carver-Hawkeye Arena for a showdown against the Brazil National Team.

But the team revealed their star is suffering from a leg leg issue.

And she is questionable to appear against the Mystics.

The guard was wearing sweatpants during Friday’s practice, making it impossible to see if she was wearing a brace or protective boot.

Away from the court, Clark recently sent a three-word message to her rarely-seen boyfriend Connor McCaffery.

The WNBA star and McCaffery celebrated their second anniversary of dating last month.

Clark shared a touching post on Instagram, which included two sweet pictures of the couple.

One showed them hugging courtside while another was of them embracing in front of a TV showing basketball.

She sent McCaffery a three-word message as she called him “my favorite person”.

The entire caption for the post read: “Another year with my favorite person I’m so thankful for you.”
