Fans lose their minds as Hulk Hogan confirms wrestling return with one promise in insane viral video ...Middle East

Hulk Hogan is hurling himself back into the wrestling business and is already causing quite a stir.

2025 has been some year for the Hulkster, beginning with an awful cameo on WWE’s debut episode of Raw on Netflix.

Hulk Hogan is arguably one of the biggest names in wrestling historyWWE

There to promote his new Real American Beer in conjunction with the grappling company, he was subject to heavy boos from the huge crowd in California.

Some had suggested the negative reaction was down to the veteran’s association with and endorsement of Donald Trump during the US election race last year, while others trace the distain further back to the star’s alleged use of a racial slur and a perceived failure to apologise for it.

Hogan retains a huge fanbase of millions around the world, though, and plenty of those turned out to see him as the year continued with a tour to promote said beer, even if some felt they were left short-changed.

What’s undoubted is that, even at the age of 71, the leader of the 1980s Hulkamania movement remains in heavy demand in some circles, as has been proved by the phenomenal reaction to a new video he posted on Monday.

In it, Hogan is joined by his former WCW boss Eric Bischoff and, in tandem, the pair warn that they are ‘back’, threatening an all-new venture that they promise will ‘rock’ wrestling fans.

In a clear throw-back to their time together in WCW – at the time an arch enemy of WWE and the company for whom Hogan left Vince McMahon and the entity that helped build Hulkamania – they appear in black and white, giggling to themselves and celebrating what they talk up as a major announcement.

Former promoter and prominent podcaster Bischoff, who controversially ran WCW until its purchase by WWE near the turn of the millennium, rallies behind Hogan as the two show off for the camera.

They trade shouting about being ‘back’ before Bischoff finally begins to deliver the message of the piece, saying: “This is so bad-a**, you people know who we are, but you have no idea what we’re about: we’re back. We’re so back!”

Hogan then, oddly, plants a kiss on the head of Bischoff before praising him “I love you the most, you are my favourite of all favourites!”

Then, with one vow about his new venture, he insists “We changed the world one time, but we’re here to wake them up!

WWE fans were far from kind to the Hulkster on his WWE return in JanuaryGetty

“We’re here to slice and dice the world of wrestling, and you’re not gonna know what’s hit ya.”

The gyrations, posing and grunting go on for over two minutes in total, without giving too much substance as to just what Hogan and Bischoff will be doing when their mysterious project gets off the ground.

The latter did, however, hint that they won’t be alone. In another WCW/NWO throwback, the duo talk of a ‘third man,’ but stop the tease at that with no other details.

“Should we tell them who our third man is?” Bischoff asks the multi-time former world champion.

“Should we talk about his credentials? Should we talk about all of his championships? Should we talk about the world class athletes that he has brought to the very top of the sport?”

In tandem they answer “No, not yet. But do stay tuned, because when we do announce our third man, it’s gonna rock your world!”

The clip was, even by Hogan’s standards, a bizarre and provocative address that immediately did what it undoubtedly set out to do – get wrestling fans excited and talking.

Within hours of being posted, the promo clip had been viewed over 1.1 million times on X alone.

In reply, some fans could barely contain themselves in speculating.

One fan went as far as to insist it ties into  persistent rumours former WWE chief Vince McMahon will start up a new, rival wrestling company, saying: “This gotta be the promotion that Vince McMahon is working on. Be ready for [Brock] Lesnar to be the first champ.

Another concurred, echoing: “Em……is the third guy going to be Vince and they’re all starting a new company?”

Other ‘third man’ fan theories included The Undertaker and even Trump himself, before another fan reply, perhaps more sensibly, mused: “This has surely got be another wrestling podcast with a high-profile name?”

Further fans simply lapped up the ‘awesome throwback’ presentation, one saying: “Has a great WCW ‘New World Order’ Vibe to it…. very well done.” Another adding: “I have no clue what’s going on…but I have no complaints. NWO.”

There was no further hint in the video as to when exactly fans will be able to learn just what Hogan will be up to on his new wrestling venture, his first alongside his one-time boss in more than 12 years.

One thing’s been made clear by the two-minute tease of his and Bischoff’s work, however: people will be watching.
