It’s time to buckle up, little drivers: LEGOLAND California is revving things up in a big way with Driving Schools opening on May 21. In case your kid’s a rookie or already racing around the backyard, they’ll love getting behind the wheel on these fresh new tracks in Fun Town, right across from the site of the park’s brand-new indoor coaster (set to debut in 2026).
The reimagined Driving School and Jr. Driving School now feature realistic roads—think intersections, roundabouts, and even an interactive car wash that bubbles as kids cruise through. It’s a fun, hands-on way to learn the rules of the road.
Kids ages 3 to 12 will earn their own LEGOLAND driver’s license once they’ve completed the course.
To celebrate the grand opening, LEGOLAND is throwing a full-on bash on May 21—come cheer on the next generation of drivers as they take the wheel for the first time.
Summer About to Get Cooler
Planning a visit? LEGOLAND is rolling out a deal with the Summer Play Pass. For a limited time, you can pay for one day and come back as much as you want all summer, now through Sept. 19. Unlimited visits to try out the new Driving Schools, experience the World’s First LEGO Festival, and join the fun at the Summer Block Party, including the return of the colorful LEGO World Parade.
