Of course, Place has also appeared on many television shows herself, like The West Wing, Big Love, Getting On, and Grace & Frankie.
Place looked comfortable, yet trendy in a blue puffer vest and sunglasses. She also appeared to be using a walker to get by, per pictures obtained by The U.S. Sun.
Place never married or had any children, a decision she’s more than comfortable with. “I have godchildren. I have nieces. I feel like I have a lot of mothering experience,” she told the Los Angeles Times in a 2007 interview.
The Oklahoma native’s last role to date was playing Grandma Bea in the Netflix musical The Prom directed by Ryan Murphy.
It’s unclear whether or not she has any projects on the horizon.
