In her latest GAF film, Bure's 26-year-old daughter Natasha Bure is starring alongside her for the first time in a Christmas movie. On Thursday, April 24, GAF announced the film's title and description, plus released four photos.
The film is titled Timeless Tidings of Joy, and it co-stars Paul Greene alongside the Bures. According to the Great American Family press release, Timeless Tidings of Joy is "another example of the company’s focus on producing quality movies that represent a fresh alternative to many movies created for the holiday season." The new film "is reflective of Great American Christmas creating a high standard in the category with a focus on faith, family and purpose."
"The shop was a labor of love, service, and sacrifice throughout the decades for Joy. Ally always saw Joy’s sacrifices for the shop as a burden on Joy’s life and happiness. When Ally returns to the shop to prepare it for sale, she meets Bennett (Greene), an old soul, who wants to preserve her Grandma Joy’s legacy. As Ally and Bennett navigate the next steps, divine intervention forces them both to take a new, or rather old look at the fate of the shop and themselves," the description reads.
Natasha is no stranger to GAF Christmas films. She previously starred in Get Him Back For Christmas alongside married actors Alexa and Carlos PenaVega, and A Christmas For the Ages alongside Cheryl Ladd. But this will be her first one with her mother.
Fans have been wondering just what Candace and Natasha have been up to since Candace posted a video of them in period costumes from the set of the then-unknown project on April 9.
