KEVIN Jonas and his wife Danielle have just sold their New Jersey mansion for $2.7 million ahead of the Jonas Brothers’ world tour.
The U.S. Sun can exclusively reveal that the couple sold the home on April 14 and made a hefty $1 million profit after purchasing it for $1.7 million in 2020.

The expansive abode has over 6,000 square feet, and with lush amenities such as a stunning wine cellar, a four-car garage and a full wrap-around bar for entertaining.
It also has a beautiful in-ground pool, plus a separate pool house and beautiful manicured backyard.
The home has been an ideal place for Kevin and Danielle to raise their two daughters, Alena Rose, 11, and Valentina Angelina, 8.
Kevin and Danielle got married back in December of 2009 in a castle on a sprawling estate in Long Island, New York.
The couple first met in 2007 while on vacation in the Bahamas.
In 2020 Kevin posted a photo of the two of them in the spot where they first met.
He wrote in the caption, “I’m so happy you had to make that call 11 years ago.
“This is the spot we met and I thank God everyday for the gift he gave me. Here’s to 100 more baby. I love you.”
JONAS BROTHERS TOUR
Kevin, Joe and Nick announced their 20 anniversary tour Jonas 20: Living The Dream Tour last month.
The tour will kick off in the band’s home state of New Jersey in August at MetLife Stadium.
The band announced the tour on the heels of their controversial JonasCon event at the American Dream Mall in New Jersey last month.
In the lead-up, fans rumbled about a lack of information, while reports that the event was lacking major sponsorships and overall felt rushed.
Meanwhile, Nick is in the middle of his intensive Broadway run.
NICK ON BROADWAY
Nick is performing a 14-week stint on Broadway in The Last Five Years, which runs from March 18 through June 22.
The Jonas Brothers rose to fame in the 2000s with their self-titled album and reunited after a hiatus for a Las Vegas residency in 2022.
Nick has enjoyed a successful solo music career, while Joe’s band DNCE topped the charts with their hit song Cake by the Ocean.
Meanwhile, Kevin and the youngest Jonas brother, Frankie, co-host the reality TV show Claim to Fame.
