TEEN Mom Jenelle Evans’ ex, David Eason, was issued a search warrant for suspicion of “sexual exploitation of a minor,” court documents show.
The document, obtained exclusively by The U.S. Sun, which was filed against David, 36, in June of last year, stated the sheriff’s office would be seizing property.

The warrant continued that the sheriff’s office had reason to believe they would find evidence of “the commission of a criminal offense or contraband” against the former MTV star.
The warrant then alleged it was looking for evidence against David of “first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor” and “second-degree exploitation of a minor.”
A clerk explained that, despite the warrant, no charges were ultimately filed against the father-of-three.
The U.S. Sun is not disclosing any further information about what the allegations may have entailed to protect any potential victims.
An attorney for David did not respond to The U.S. Sun’s request for comment.
Jenelle and David are currently locked in a bitter divorce and custody battle, playing out in their home state of North Carolina.
Jenelle previously claimed in divorce court in November of 2024 that she allegedly found material relating to the “sexual exploitation of a minor.”
Meanwhile, she relocated with her three children who she shares with David – Jace, 16, Kaiser, 10, and daughter, Ensley, 8 – over the summer of 2024.
Jenelle filed for legal separation from David on February 23, 2024, citing that the couple officially separated on February 16 “with the intent that the separation be permanent.”
As The U.S. Sun previously reported, Jenelle claimed in her filing that David’s “excessive use of alcohol was burdensome and rendered plaintiff’s life intolerable.”
She also alleged that David spent money he did not earn, which could have otherwise contributed to “the financial well-being of the minor children.”

The former Teen Mom 2 star further accused David of insulting and degrading her in front of the children and others.
She claimed he “recklessly” spent her income while refusing to earn consistent income to support the family.
Additionally, Jenelle blamed David for two incidents when they temporarily lost custody of their children.
The first was after David killed the family dog, and the second was when he allegedly strangled Jace during an argument.
Jenelle was officially fired from MTV after the dog-killing incident but returned briefly last season. She also attributed damage to her public image to David’s actions.

Jenelle got pregnant in April 2016 and announced she suffered a miscarriage, then she became pregnant again with her and David’s daughter, Ensley, a few months later.
The pair got engaged in February 2017 and tied the knot that September.
A year after saying “I do,” Jenelle called 911 and accused David of assaulting her outside their home. She would later call the incident “a drunk and dramatic misunderstanding” and said she was “fine.”
In around May 2019, David shot and killed their French bulldog puppy named Nugget. Weeks after the incident, CPS took custody of all of the children, including their daughter, Ensley, Jenelle’s son, Kaiser, and David’s daughter, Maryssa.
When her children were returned to her, Jenelle fled to Tennessee with Kaiser and Ensley and filed an order of protection against David in October. She ultimately dropped the case and went back to him.
In the following years, the couple sparked split rumors as the pair would often unfollow each other on social media and update their Facebook relationship statuses.
As The U.S. Sun exclusively reported, on February 23, 2024, Jenelle filed for separation from David. She stated that she filed the documents with “the intent that the separation be permanent” and claimed that Eason had “exhibited concerning and at times disturbing behavior towards [her]” throughout their marriage.
“Plaintiff has been a faithful and dutiful spouse to the defendant and has stuck by the defendant’s side through the criticism of millions of people across the world on social media, who voiced concern regarding the defendant’s behaviors,” Jenelle wrote in her filing.
She argued that David’s conduct had caused her to lose employment opportunities and further degraded her public image.
Jenelle requested primary physical custody of their daughter, Ensley, as well as child support.
She also asked for an unequal distribution of their property in her favor, specifying that she wanted to retain the marital home they had shared on “The Land.”
After the separation, Jenelle relocated to Las Vegas in the summer of 2024 and began dating her manager, Daniel Miranda, also known as August Keen, however, the couple has since gone through a nasty and public split as well.
