FIRST Take star Shannon Sharpe has been named in a sexual assault and battery lawsuit.

Sharpe is accused of brutally raping a woman, identified only as Jane Doe in court documents, in October 2024 and in another alleged incident at the start of the New Year.

The lawsuit, which was filed in Nevada on Sunday, revealed Sharpe and the woman were previously involved in a consensual relationship after meeting in Los Angeles in 2023, according to court records obtained by TMZ.
