While several key members of the royal family will be attending Easter services this Sunday in Windsor, including King Charles and Queen Camilla, the future King of England and his immediate family will not join them.
According to People, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and their three children, Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6, will instead celebrate the holiday weekend at their country home in Norfolk.
The three children will return to school in Berkshire next week, reports Hello!, and whether it was for privacy concerns or the continuation of a new tradition, fans stood behind the royals.
Others agreed, calling it “A quiet family Easter whilst Prince William is still a Prince. When he becomes King life will change.”
In 2020 and 2021, the Easter service at Windsor was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
