Dr. Luke worked on many of Katy's early hits, including "I Kissed A Girl," "Hot n Cold," "California Gurls," and "Teenage Dream. " However, Katy didn't enlist his help on Witness or Smile, the two albums she released amidst his legal battle with Kesha. But, he was back for 143.
