Limited Run Games also reveals the CRKD® NEO S RED KEY CARD Edition Controller and DOOM-themed Trading Cards
Limited Run Games, a premium publisher of physical games, has partnered with Bethesda Softworks to bring physical editions of DOOM + DOOM II to players and collectors, with pre-orders going live on 18 April, 2025.
DOOM + DOOM II is the definitive combined release of the legendary action FPS games, and now players can rip and tear into one of three physical editions, courtesy of Limited Run Games, alongside new peripherals and merchandise.
The Standard Edition packages DOOM + DOOM II, their original expansion packs, the new episode Legacy of Rust, and fan-favourite episodes SIGIL and SIGIL II, which are receiving a physical release alongside DOOM for the first time. The Big Box Edition adds a Cassette Tape Soundtrack Set and collectible DOOM + DOOM II Monster Booster Cards, encased in a box featuring the iconic DOOM + DOOM II cover art.
For the ultimate DOOM collectors, the Will It Run Edition is sure to prove an essential purchase, including a Floating Cacodemon Statue, a custom handheld Cacodemon that plays DOOM, all encased in a collectible box that also plays DOOM! Simply plug a controller into the box’s USB port, and you’ll be able to experience DOOM on the box’s built-in screen. Can it play DOOM? Yes it can!
Limited Run Games has also partnered with CRKD®, the premium collectible gaming brand, to launch the CRKD NEO S RED KEY CARD Edition controller. Featuring a hellish red motif inspired by the Union Aerospace Corporation key cards, and utilizing the award-winning CRKD NEO S controller design, this controller is the perfect accompaniment to DOOM + DOOM II.
Finally, Limited Run Games is also producing additional DOOM + DOOM II Monster Booster Card Packs, to be sold separately from the Big Box Edition and Will It Run Edition. Each pack contains a random selection of five trading cards, with fifteen available in total, each featuring a different DOOM monster. There’s even a chance to find a rare, signed Cacodemon rookie card.
