Harry Kane finds himself under the microscope as Bayern Munich failed to move eight points clear at the top of the Bundesliga.
The England captain is desperate to win the first trophy of his career but has drawn a blank in both of his club’s biggest games this season.

The crunch showdown was perfectly set for Bayern, with defending title holders Bayer Leverkusen dropping points earlier in the day.
However, Vincent Kompany‘s men failed to press home their advantage after being held to a 2-2 draw against Dortmund.
Kane again spurned his two best opportunities from close range, with Maximilian Beier handing the visitors a shock second-half lead.
Two goals in four minutes from Raphael Guerreiro and Serge Gnabry flipped the game on its head, but Waldemar Anton pounced to ensure a share of the spoils.
Despite dropping points, Bayern remain six points clear with five matches left, but that hasn’t spared Kane from the critics.
Focus Online handed the striker a rating of just four, while noting: “The goalscorer was pretty much out of the game.”
That sentiment was echoed by SPORT1, which gave Kane the same rating.
The publication also wrote: “He had a few chances and half-chances in the second half, but no luck. It wasn’t the Englishman’s night.”

Against Dortmund, Kane failed to score from any of his six shots – four of which were on target, with two being classed as big chances.
In addition to hitting the woodwork, the former Tottenham star lost the ball 13 times, and his usual famed passing ability was amiss.
Kane only completed 19 out of his attempted 28 passes, leaving him with a success rate of just 68 percent.

Expanding on his view to local media at the Allianz Arena, Kane appeared unfazed by Bayern’s failure to win Der Klassiker.
“I think we can live with the point. It was an intense game; both teams had chances,” Kane said.
“In the first half, we stood well, conceded few chances, but also didn’t create much going forward. In the second half, things became more open; we took more risks and were more vulnerable at the back.
“Despite that, we scored two nice goals, which is something to take away. In the end, it was a game that could have gone either way.
“It was certainly attractive for the spectators.
“Now we have to take it game by game, give it our all, and then we’ll see what this point is worth in the end.”
