The donation show is dedicated to aiding Trans people seeking medical care via UNC Student Health Action Coalition’s Gender Affirming Care Clinic Scholarship. Golden Heroes 5K Saturday, April 12 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.Participate in a run/walk 5K this weekend for a good cause. CPALS is a non-profit student organization that works closely with UNC Children’s Hospitals to support their pediatric hematology and oncology patients, accompanying patients and their families during stays and treatments in the clinic. Run for Youth 5K Saturday, April 12 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.This weekend, Volunteers for Youth, a local nonprofit, are having their 5K run/walk. The race begins and ends at Weaver Street.
