In a large bowl, mix the cake mix, eggs, vanilla extract and melted butter using a hand mixer or stand mixer. Mix until everything is fully combined. It will be thick, almost like cookie dough.
In another bowl, mix the powdered sugar and room-temperature cream cheese until smooth. Add more eggs and mix until the filling is smooth.
Bake for 35 minutes or until the top looks golden and set. The center should have a slight jiggle to it, but it shouldn't be runny.
Once cooled, cut into squares and watch your kids’ faces light up! Store any leftovers in the fridge (if there are any) and enjoy for days!
