The retired Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback was photographed at Irish Creek, a golf club in Kannapolis, N.C., for a charity tournament on Monday, March 24.
The Lombardi trophy winner wore navy pants, a black quarter-sleeve windbreaker with a gray shirt underneath and a blue cap for the Alex Highsmith Family Foundation fundraising event.
Highsmith, a Steelers linebacker, hosted the tournament to raise money for his foundation, which aims to help young people in the Pittsburgh and Wilmington areas.
According to the Daily Mail, it was Roethlisberger's appearance (not his charitable efforts) that got fans talking, with some suggesting that Ozempic was the reason behind his recent weight loss.
"Coach T [Mike Tomlin], are you kidding me? DK Metcalf on one side, GP [George Pickens] on the other? Muth [Pat Freiermuth] working the middle? I might need to throw my hat in the ring. If you're looking for a guy, I might still have a couple of throws in me!" Roethlisberger said in the video.
