The Arizona Diamondbacks will broadcast 10 over-the-air games this season in a partnership with 12News, the team announced Wednesday.
In addition to the Phoenix area, coverage for the 10 Friday night games will extend to Tucson, Salt Lake, Las Vegas, Albuquerque-Santa Fe and Yuma-El Centro.
“This model allows a larger audience of fans to watch a sampling of our regular season, which enhances our distribution and strong existing partnerships with our pay TV partners where fans can get access to the full regular season,” D-backs president and CEO Derrick Hall said in a statement.

The 10-game slate begins April 25 against the Atlanta Braves and wraps Sept. 19 against the Philadelphia Phillies.
The news of the partnership comes after Hall told reporters in February that the team was looking at a package of over-the-air games as a way to increase visibility.

Where else can D-backs fans catch games on TV?
Aside from the over-the-air package, D-backs games will still air on the channels they did the year prior.
COX users in Phoenix can find the games on channel 34. Those in Tucson can catch them on 26.
AS far as DirecTV, that’ll be channel 686. Spectrum is on 304 and 444 while Xfinity/Comcast is channel 1261.
There’s also a streaming option, with DBACKS.TV providing every game for $99.99 per season.
