FAIRFIELD, Calif. (KRON) -- Authorities are actively investigating at a residence in Fairfield on Wednesday after at least one person was killed, according to the Fairfield Police Department.
Police responded around 1 a.m. to the 1400 block of Woolner Avenue after neighbors said there was a shooting at a residence. An officer confirmed to KRON4’s Will Tran at the scene that at least one person was killed.
There is no active search for a suspect, authorities said, and there is no continuing threat to the public. The police investigation is focused on one house.
