(KRON) -- Police responded to a fight at Dublin High School on Thursday. According to Dublin Police Services, officers were dispatched on a report of a fight involving multiple students at around 11:52 a.m.
A caller told police that between 50 to 100 students were gathered around the altercation, which was in the student union. Arriving on the scene, officers discovered that the fight involved three students.
Future of SF’s Presidio Park in question as Trump moves to eliminate trustOne student was knocked out in the fight but regained consciousness before police arrived. This student, police said, was taken to the hospital with another student for evaluation and treatment.
Their injuries appear to be minor, police said.
A third student who was also involved was identified but not detained, police said. The motive behind the fight remains under investigation, police said.
Dublin High was placed on lockdown as a precautionary measure. The lockdown has since been lifted. Although the investigation is ongoing, police say there is no immediate threat to the school or community.
