The Owning Manhattan star, 40, says it's not surprising to see celebrities and other Los Angeles residents leave the area after wildfires devastated parts of Southern California last month while chatting exclusively with Parade.
"As soon as those fires happened, we set up a hotline at our company to help anyone with moves," Serhant tells Parade. "We have different vehicles to be able to help people with moving costs. We were donating to people's GoFundMe [pages] as much as we possibly could. It was completely tragic [and] insane."
He continues: "We've been helping as many people as we can move to the East Coast … really helping as many people as we possibly can to find the best deals and find the best homes."

"Texas [and] Arizona as well," he says. "It's amazing. I'm super excited about the greater Arizona [area]. We've been facilitating people moving out of Washington State and for tax purposes and moving out of California for tax, crime, and natural disaster purposes to all those states, with the predominant of moves to Florida and then some to Long Island, New Jersey and Connecticut."
"There are new faces," he says, noting that he can't give anything else away about the forthcoming season. "Netflix is so much fun. They allow us to just redefine what it means to watch TV [and] what it means to even create a reality TV show. We're shooting in real time, and so it's real listings, it's real loss, it's real firings, it's real hirings. It really is. If you liked season one, if you like real estate shows, if you like Vanderpump Rules, if you like Succession — it's all of that times 100 in a real world scenario."
