COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) – Two people are dead in south Columbus after a fire destroyed a trailer at mobile home park late Tuesday night and into Wednesday morning.
According to Columbus Division of Fire Battalion Chief Jeffrey Geitter, two people are confirmed dead after a fire at the Fairlane Mobile Home Park off South High Street in the Far South area of the city.

At around 4:30 a.m. Geitter confirmed the second death. Both of the identities of the victims have not been released.
The investigation is currently centered around a propane tank at the property, though it is unknown exactly what occurred before the fire began.
