At least 332 flights were canceled or delayed Monday at Denver International Airport after fog engulfed the runways and impaired visibility.
The Federal Aviation Administration declared an operational status of low visibility Monday morning, causing some of the delays, DIA officials said. The FAA removed that status around 12:15 p.m but as of 12:45 p.m., 332 flights at DIA had been delayed and 14 were canceled, according to data from FlightAware tracking software.
United Airlines had the most delayed flights with 109, followed by SkyWest, the airline that operates United Express, with 67 flights, FlightAware data shows.
