How To Do the One-Pot Peanut Butter Fix
This is pretty straightforward—you just open the jar of natural peanut butter and pour the whole thing into a medium-sized pot. Set the pot over medium heat and start stirring. You don’t have to go crazy here, but you do need to keep things moving so it heats evenly. Rossitter uses a whisk to make sure the peanut butter gets nice and smooth, but a big spoon will work too.
Let it cool to room temperature before popping it in the fridge. That’s it. You’re done!
