Dated 1981, the year Falco reportedly graduated from Northport High School, she would have been 19 or 20 when the black and white snap was taken. Six years later, in 1987, she made her screen debut in Sweet Lorraine.

She later originated the roles of Frankie in 2002's Frankie and Johnny in the Clair de Lune, Jessie Cates in 2004's 'night, Mother, and Bananas Shaughnessy in 2011's The House of Blue Leaves.
