Wolfe's followers were definitely impressed with his retro score.
"You find all the coolest stuff❤️?❤️?❤️," a second chimed in.
One commenter actually seemed to know something about the bike's history.
"He owned 2 of them one had a JAP motor in it. As I recall it was a 27 or 28 as indicated by the vin number. ALR is 26, BLR is 27 and CLR is 28. I own a 26 racer. I think I have a pic from 2001 when Indian was the featured motorcycle to celebrate Indian's 100th. In that pic there was around 5 Indian Prince factory racers."
"Epic day filming with the legend @chipfooseofficial," Wolfe wrote. "Can’t wait for you all to see this episode. Chip and I know each other thru bicycles not cars. He’s a [sic] antique bicycle hunter and gather just like me."
