Abu Dhabi: The UAE has reported 2,988 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of infections to 221,754, the Ministry of Health and Prevention announced on Thursday. Five more COVID-19 patients have succumbed to the deadly virus, taking the country’s death toll up to 694. A total of 3,658 COVID-19 patients have also made full recovery, pushing the total number of patients recovered to 199,178.
