On the Jan. 13 episode of Let's Talk About That! With Larry Saperstein and Jacob Bellotti, Struthers opened up about an embarrassing interaction with the Golden Girls star.

Struthers said she once went to White's house to work on a pilot for a game show. At a certain point, White asked the housekeeper to bring them something to eat.
“Totally fat-shamed me in front of the rest of the people in the room,” Struthers recalled. “And I thought, ‘Gosh, that's not nice.’”
Struthers had a very different opinion of White's co-star, Bea Arthur, who guest-starred on All in the Family as Maude.
White died in 2021 at the age of 99, while Arthur died in 2009 at age 86.
