TOM Brady is looking to reunite with his former head coach.
Brady has reportedly checked in with Bill Belichick about pulling him away from college football.

Despite signing a contract with UNC football just one month ago, some teams are hoping Belichick makes a quick about face.
Among those checking in on Belichick is his former quarterback.
Brady is a recent addition to the Las Vegas Raiders’ ownership group and is expected to have a large say in their next head coach.
“It will be interesting to see how much influence Tom Brady will have in this next Raiders coaching search,” reporter Dianna Russini stated.
“I’m told it will be a lot.”
The Raiders parted way with head coach Antonio Pierce on Tuesday, and Brady seems to be on the hunt for a veteran head coach to set the team on the right path.
“We appreciate Antonio’s leadership, first as an interim head coach and this past season as the head coach,” the team said in a statement.
“Antonio grew up a Raiders fan and his Silver and Black roots run deep.
“We are grateful for his ability to reignite what it means to be a Raider throughout the entire organization.
“We wish nothing but the best for Antonio and his family in the future.”
If Belichick wanted to jump ship on UNC for an NFL job, he would have to pay a $10 million buyout.
However, if he leaves after June 1, 2025, that number drops down to $1 million.
Either way that number is likely insignificant to him as $10 million is far less than he was making each season during his New England Patriots tenure.
He would likely fetch a massive contract from any NFL team he signs with, but it seems he has no desire to leave UNC.
Russini published a report on Wednesday that Belichick isn’t expected to return to the NFL, even if Brady asked for him.
“Bill Belichick has no plans to return to the NFL, per sources,” she wrote on X.
“I’m told his sole focus is on coaching and recruiting for North Carolina, as he continues building the Tar Heels’ future.
“He’s recruiting today in New Jersey.”
The Raiders will have to turn to other veteran options like Mike Vrabel for their vacant coaching position.
