Wolfe, 60, took to Instagram on Tuesday, Dec. 31, to share a photo of himself sitting on a secondhand couch, surrounded by bicycles. Wolfe wore a white t-shirt and jeans in the pic, along with a wide grin.
"This past year has brought loss and some heart ache but it also has beautiful moments with my daughter and family," he continued.
Wolfe went on to express his gratitude for having the opportunity to "tell stories and focus on the history, people, and places that continue to bring us all together" for the past 15 years.
