New Delhi: A court here on Friday reserved its order on Delhi Police’s plea seeking 10-day remand of Aam Aadmi Party (AAM) MLA Naresh Balyan for interrogation in connection with the stringent MCOCA case. Before the Rouse Avenue Court, Balyan’s counsel contended that the special MP/MLA court would not have jurisdiction in the alleged organised crime. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court reserved its decision on the matter.
