Suspect in shooting arrested after ‘driving erratically’ in Vallejo ...Middle East

(KRON) – The Vacaville Police Department arrested a man who allegedly was involved in a Fairfield shooting, the department announced.  The incident began at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday when Vacaville police officers pulled over a driver they said was “driving erratically.” The officers suspected that the driver may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol.  The driver was identified as 46-year-old Vacaville resident Matthew Fraticelli.  Felon arrested after ‘casually’ walking with gun in hand Police said Fraticelli was “nervous and fidgety” and police had to remind him several times to keep his hands in their view.
