A Washington State man was arrested in Mendocino County recently on drugs and weapons charges, the Ukiah Police Department reported. According to the UPD, two officers on patrol stopped a vehicle in the 100 block of South Main Street in Ukiah around 1:20 a.m. Nov. 9 when a GMC Yukon being driven by Grady G. Hollenbeck, 51, of Maple Valley, failed to make a stop at a stop sign.
