(QUEEN CITY NEWS) -- A Charlotte teen was identified as a victim who was found dead in Lincoln County earlier this week.  Now authorities are searching for the man they believe responsible.  According to the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office, deputies discovered a deceased female Nov. 10 close to N.C.
