After Gifford’s son Cody Gifford and his wife, Erika, announced they are expecting their third child, the couple has confirmed it is a baby girl. The exciting news, which was shared on Instagram in a Reel by Erika on Friday, May 16, had the whole family celebrating.
The video featured a montage of moments with her two boys, whom she also shares with Cody. At the end, “Baby #3” is written in the sand on the beach. It then cuts to the message, “it’s a girl,” and one of her sons walking on the sand.

"My darling daughter in love. This has been a very hard secret to keep! But now we can share it with the world!” she wrote, before gushing about Erika. “Many will be praying for you until she comes into this world and smiles at us and everything changes! I love you.”
Kathie Lee also referenced her joy for the “secret” being out in the comments, writing, in part, “I am beyond filled with joy that this magnificent secret is finally out! “
Cody, 35, and Erika’s growing family also includes their sons Frankie, 3, and Ford, 18 months, with their baby girl set to join in the fall.
