Sonora, CA…Earlier today, Deputy V. Lee stopped a car on Highway 108 near Tulloch Road in Jamestown for illegal window tint and a damaged windshield. The driver, 40-year-old Andrew Satariano of Modesto, admitted to not having a valid driver license. Deputy Lee deployed his K9 partner Zeus to sniff the outside of the car. Zeus alerted to the presence of a drug odor and a subsequent search of the car was conducted. Hidden behind the plastic of the steering column was a stolen, loaded handgun, nearly 80 grams of methamphetamine, over 17 grams of heroin and other drug sales related paraphernalia.
