ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Lollypop Farm Humane Law Enforcement is asking for help with their investigation. Officials say two dogs were found dead in a backyard on Portland Avenue in Rochester. The Humane Society believes the dogs were Rottweilers. One was black with a dotted tail and the other was black and tan. Both dogs were found thin and decomposing. It’s unclear when the dogs were found. News10NBC has reached out to the humane society for more information. Anyone with information is asked to call the Humane Society’s Law Enforcement hotline at 223-6500.
